  Had a drink of beer here whilst catching the game of footy. Nice place for food and drink, especially when most of the restaurants are closed during the off peak months. They staff are usually kinda busy so they might not attend to you that quickly but that's perfectly understandable! Good place to hang at night

  Didn't go to the hotel itself but had dinner at Antler's Bar and Grill. Food was good (scallops and pork belly). In particular, the scallops were one of the sweetest I've ever tasted.

  Stopped in for a quick lunch with a friend. Good food and service, and reasonably priced. Only criticism is serving burger on a slab of wood, side salad in a metal cup and the chips in another metal cup. Looks interesting but a hassle to eat. A big white plate would be much better than presenting customers with an 'assault course'!

  We happened to stop in that town while visiting Scotland. Portree Hotel has a great restaurant and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend the toasties and their mac n cheese.
